What to do if you're worried

Everyone gets worried! I get worried about different things all the time! You may be worried about a test, if you have upset someone, you might be feeling worried about nothing or something different. Here are some top tips for tackling worries and anxiety:

  • Tell an adult or friend you trust. Its always is good to talk.Its okay to talk to a specialy trainded adult who helps people too. I do sometimes!
  • Give your worry to a worry monster! I give worries to my worry monster!
  • Do mindfullnes and notice your thoughts. Mindfulness is all about being present. Practice by noticing whats around you.
  • Read helpful books. I reccomend no worries, outsmarting worry, mindfullness for kids, yoga for kids and the kids book of worries!
